Private Portfolio Access

Selected opportunities and portfolio information are shared privately with suitable investors, partners, advisers and counterparties after an initial review.

  • Confidential by design
  • Suitability reviewed before access
  • No investment advice through this website
  • Capital may be at risk

Why our portfolio is not fully public

Many private-market opportunities involve confidential counterparties, live negotiations, commercial terms, sensitive operating information, or investor and partner privacy obligations.

For that reason, Lewis Simpson Partners Capital Group does not publish a full public list of active opportunities or private portfolio materials on the website.

Where appropriate, further information may be shared after an initial suitability and confidentiality review.

What we can share publicly

The categories below describe public focus areas only. They are not a full list of active opportunities or private portfolio materials.

Growth ventures

Technology-enabled businesses, digital infrastructure, artificial intelligence and selected emerging-market opportunities.

Asset-backed opportunities

Operating assets, established businesses, real estate-backed opportunities and cash-flow-aware commercial structures.

Real estate and development

Development-led, redevelopment, mixed-use, hospitality, commercial and asset-backed property opportunities.

Strategic advisory

Commercial guidance, partnership development, market-entry support and stakeholder engagement.

Social impact

Selected initiatives aligned with entrepreneurship, education, community development and sustainable value creation.

Who can request access?

Portfolio access may be appropriate for:

  • Qualified or sophisticated investors
  • Strategic partners
  • Professional advisers
  • Asset owners
  • Founders or operators with a relevant opportunity
  • Institutional or family-office representatives

Requests are reviewed before any private information is shared. Not every enquiry will be suitable for access.

What may be shared after review?

Depending on suitability and confidentiality requirements, approved users may receive:

  • A private overview of selected opportunity areas
  • Non-public portfolio or project summaries
  • Investment focus and review criteria
  • Strategic partnership information
  • Relevant next-step documentation
  • A direct conversation with the appropriate team member

Please do not send confidential information through the initial form. A short non-confidential summary is enough for the first review.

How the access process works

  1. Initial enquiry

Submit a short non-confidential overview of who you are and why you are requesting access.

  2. Suitability review

The team reviews whether the request appears relevant, appropriate and aligned with the group’s current focus.

  3. Confidentiality check

Where required, additional confidentiality steps may be requested before private materials are shared.

  4. Access or next step

If the request is suitable, the team will confirm the appropriate next step. If it is not suitable, the request may not progress.

Project details are reviewed and approved before publication.

Request private portfolio access

If you are a suitable investor, adviser, founder, asset owner or strategic partner, you can request access to further portfolio information.
